Now available with I-Shift
With the introduction of I-Shift, the new Volvo FE can operate at even higher levels of efficiency. I-Shift ensures the engine works optimally at all times as well as easing the physical and mental burden on the driver. The result is a more fuel-efficient working shift and a more comfortable drive, even in demanding urban environments.

New front design
The classic Volvo ironmark has been raised to a more prominent position creating the impression of a larger, lower windshield. Further complimenting the updated look, a new, easy to repair three-piece bumper and new headlamps with V-shaped LED Daytime Running Lights have been added. The updated look ensures that the new Volvo FE shares the design theme of our larger trucks whilst blending unobtrusively into its urban environment.

New engine program with full EURO 6 compliance
A completely new, fully EURO 6 compliant engine program features a Volvo developed 8 litre engine in variants from 250hp to 320hp. The new engines deliver a wider, flatter torque curve with a faster build up of power, even at low revs. In pure driving terms, this gives a quicker response, higher average speed and better driveability, particularly when driving in urban traffic.

Safer, all-round
Working in and around the new Volvo FE is safer than ever. New features include ESP (Electronic Stability Program), an ergonomically improved drivers’ seat with integrated neck support and seat belt and new front LED Daytime Running Lights in combination with rear lights. As well as increasing safety for drivers, pedestrians and other road users, these features also represent increased commercial efficiency as fewer accidents mean less downtime.

The new Volvo FE has been designed for long-term reliability and problem-free ownership. To support this, the Volvo Gold Service Contract now comes with extended opportunities. Choose this contract and your trucks’ vital systems are remotely connected to your Volvo workshop. This means that service can be carried out only when needed, maximising vehicle accessibility. Together with the creation of a unique service schedule based on your individual requirements, higher levels of Uptime can be achieved, letting you run more efficient transport operations.
